Did you know our Within Inner City Retreat actually predates our studio?

We often attribute our sense of community, and our original Heartspace Teaching staff to the Within Retreat we all worked together on. This event is near and dear to our hearts, and our favourite way to highlight what’s so great about Lethbridge + Surrounding Area’s wellness, and creative community!

Enjoy the retreat experience within the comfort of your own city, and join us for this fun weekend!

  • 7 pm we meet at the studio for an opening circle led by Lauren Hart, and meet and greet with fellow attendees! Following this, we’ll practice a special edition of Ground + Restore with Rachel Hammer.

    Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and pen if that’s your thing, and get ready for a fun evening in the studio space!

  • Our morning begins with a flow practice let by Victoria Bedard (of Heart’s Peak Blairmore, and Folk and Forest)! 



    For all-inclusive registrants, breakfast bowls and superfood lattes will be served immediately after class. Bonus points if you bring your own mug!

    We’ll join Victoria once again for an early-afternoon floral workshop. More details to come!

    For all-inclusive registrants, lunch bowls and cold-pressed juice will be served immediately after class. Take your lunch to go, or enjoy it in the space! We’ll have a bit of a break following lunch.



    We’ll return to the space at 6 PM for our in-house spa, sound bath, and meditation night, featuring Kaelee from Electric Skin Clinic, and both Laurens from Heartspace! More details to come.

  • Our final retreat day begins at 10 AM at the studio, for a special edition of Vinyasa + Vinyl with Lauren Hart! More details to come.



    For all-inclusive registrants, we’ll meet at local restaurant Italian Table for their family-style, three course brunch to close out the weekend!

retreat tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to make it.
