kids + youth yoga programs
are designed to help all ages dive into their sense of self, and community. the giggles from the yoga room are proof of fun and unique experiences, led by our instructor Lindsey.
classes will include a mix of self-reflection, physical postures (asana), breath-work, meditation, games, and other activities that will bring forth the rich teachings of yoga and mindfulness.
no previous yoga experience necessary
sessions are non-refundable
in the event that restrictions prevent us from meeting in-person, offerings will be held online.
