If you’re ready to take it slow, eat well, pamper yourself, find adventure, and focus on you - welcome to our hot springs retreat.
our fall retreat is simple and that’s by design. we practice yoga, meditation, and self care rituals, all nestled in a cabin near nakusp, bc.
this cabin is truly breathtaking, boasting a disappearing edge hot tub fed by hot spring water, gorgeous modern finishes, plenty of indoor and outdoor relaxation spots, and free wifi and laundry.
outside of the cabin, we travel to local natural hot springs as a group, take nature walks, and go out for a delicious dinner on our final night in the town of nakusp.

just a short distance down the road, Halcyon spa awaits! Book a massage or spa treatment of your choice during your stay to maximize your me-time.
Upon registering for the retreat, you will be sent a guide that will assist you in booking appointments that allow you to still participate in all retreat experiences.
